I'm super stoked that more big budget movies are deciding to come down here and film.

The new Pirates of the Caribbean movie is filming in South Florida (I'm a bit worried content wise.. but I have my fingers crossed that it'll be better than the third movie)

And word is is that Transformers 3 is looking to film here as well.

The Last Song (though not in FL) was also shot in the SE region.

And True Grit has been holding castings up and down this area like nobody's business.

Let's not forget when the Truman Show came to shoot in the Destin/Seaside area too.

So what am I getting at?

I just basically want to put up this little discussion group to see what casting information we can pull together. Just help each other out, quid pro quo... You never know who might help you "make It"

I get a lot of info so I'll try to post as often as I can.

Also acting casting sites are cool as well (as long as they're not ExploreTalent Talent6 or Talenthunter)
