When is the right time to move to Los Angeles?

So right now i'm in high school, and since acting is my strongest passion I want to move to los angles, CA because los angeles really has the most acting opportunities and florida does but not that many. The entertainment market is big in LA. Since i'm very serious about this and hungry for this i just want to ask the californians when is it right to make the big move? should i keep seeking opportunities down here where I'm at or should I wait till I move to los angeles to really get started. Anyone that lives in california or los angeles please give me advice. Thank you:)

LA is a seriously tough field, I went for a week and literally everywhere ther ewas an actor or an actress who was a waiter and was looking for work.
By no means should you wait to find work in LA (thats what most of the actors in LA do)
Get experience where you are first and build up a killer resume.
I thought of moving when I was fresh out of high school and then I went to a workshop in LA and that changed my mind. I want to be as experienced as I can be before I get up and pack. So many wait to get their experience in LA and end up broke, and work as waiters. I don't want that to happen to me.
Get a solid foolproof plan and stick with it!

i've never been there before, i want to go there for vacation during the summer so i can
see how it is up there before i actually move there. but i will build my resume down here so that when i get there i will be already experienced and get signed to an agency quicker. your right, los angeles agents really want serious working actors to sign not newbies. I know alot of newbies that dont know how the industry works and end up getting there dreams crushed because they are just moving way too fast. I will take my time and build a killer resume first, like you said:)

not only a killer resume but also make you a solid foundation of mula lol. I want to move to Florida because here in houston there either arent any legit oppertunities or ppl dont want me in there short films lol.
