About Me/Training/Skills

Took numerous acting courses as well as hair/make up seminars. Had small role in feature film "Feed the Fish" and was a lead set of twins in a mystery independent film. Also grew up doing many theatrical productions including the Lead in "Midsummer Nights Dream" and "Wizard of Oz" as well as "The Vagina Monologues." Also done a couple of commercials and webmercials. Studied dance for over 12 years as well as gymnastics for 4. Also have done vocal training. Have also done many different forms of improv which seems to be a very strong suit of mine. Acting is my life, my aspiration. God put me on this Earth with a plan and that plan is for me to share myself through the arts.

Music I Enjoy

I am a mutt when it comes to music. I like some indie, a lot of blues as well as rock and roll. Rob/White Zombie and Manson get my juices flowing especially for photo shoots yet I love Imogen Heap and from time-to-time Tegan and Sara. Mandy Moore has been a favorite of mine since I was a tween although NIN and Rolling Stones is often found on my playlists. Placebo is another fave and I am IN LOVE with Taylor Swift. Any girl at the age of 16 that can get on stage and rock out yet turn country into pop is somebody to be noticed! I also love a lot of low key or undiscovered bands/performers. I find that in a lot of independent films I fall in love with the soundtracks. Of course you have got to love Rihanna and Lady Gaga can put on quit the show. James blunt is the best performer I have seen live! I am also a sucker for the oldies yet goodies! Lynyrd Skynyrd really relaxes me. I also find a lot of inspiration in Superchick lyrics.

My Inspirations

The top thing people can do to inspire me is doubt me. My father thinks I am living in some alter reality with my acting. He obviously doubts my talents which drives me even harder. Acting is the best gift I own and I would never trade it in for all the money and fame in the world. I truly look up to the actors that survive with their craft and not hype and looks. Tony Shalhoub is one who can knock your socks off with his talents and of course his looks has nothing to do with his success. Kristen Stewart so far seems talented although it is too early in her career to tell. I am waiting to see her in The Joan Jett movie. That will tell us if she truly has the gift. Denzel is AMAZING. He truly lives to act and man does he ever kick ass at it. Ellen Degenerous is also an inspiration because of all she has had to overcome yet she has prospered in her career. Not because she pretends to be something she is not. She is pure and stays true to her roots and herself and she is so great at what she does. She would make the ultimate best friend. We all need a little light-heartedness in our lives!
